About Us
We are a non-profit organization that has provided the Findlay, Ohio area with quality entertainment since 1955.
The Fort Findlay Playhouse operates with a core of highly talented and dedicated volunteers who work tirelessly to produce 5 to 7 shows per year (dramas, comedies & musicals). Seasons run from June through the following May. Musical productions run for three weekends (Thursday-Sunday); non-musicals run two weekends (Thu-Sun & Fri-Sun). Show times are 8:00 pm Thursdays-Saturdays and 3:00 pm on Sundays. Tickets cost $15 for each production and there are no fees charged when paying with a credit card.
The Fort Findlay Playhouse non-profit corporation is controlled by a nine member board of trustees. They are elected on a rotating basis to three year terms by the Playhouse membership at the annual banquet. Anyone can become a voting member of FFP by participating in at least 3 productions and/or serving on a committee or any combination of production/committee work.
FFP is funded largely through the generosity of its patrons, angels, and benefactors as well as the local businesses who advertise in our show program books.
FFP has presented over 360 productions and over 3400 individuals have contributed both onstage or behind the scenes.
